eHub collects information about you when you use our electronic services and when you

eHub.
This Privacy Policy and Statement applies to persons anywhere in the world who use our apps or
Services to request transportation, delivery, or other on-demand services (“Users”).

who have contracted with as drivers or as business partners who use the EHub platform with
separate under license from us and the use the Services as both a User and as a Business Partner
Driver, the separate privacy policy and statements apply in those transactions rein respect to the
particular function performed..
We collect information you provide directly to us this information may include: name, email, phone
number, postal address, profile picture, payment method, and other information you may provide.
The information we collect are in the following general areas:
Location Data: We collect location data about the trip from the EHub app used by the Driver you
order transport facilities or delivery facilities.
Your device IP address maybe used to find your exact location in the above circumstances when the
app is active or is dormant.
Contacts Information: If you have allowed access to the address book in your device, we may collect
and store those names and contact details for social interaction purposes as consented and
permitted by you.
Transaction Information: We collect and store transaction details when you use our services directly
related to those services as provided in the App. Additionally, if someone uses your promo code, we
may associate your name with that person.
Personal Preferences Information: We collect information about how you express your preferences
settings you chose. We may do so using cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies that create
unique identifiers.
Information of the Device you use: We collect information on your mobile device, all the information
legitimately made available to us on the hardware and the softwire and information accesses
through the methods described.
SMS and Voice Data: Our Services facilitate communications between Users and Drivers. In
connection with facilitating this service, we receive call data, including the date and time of the call
or SMS message, the parties’ phone numbers, and the content of the SMS message. We may hold
this information and use it as elaborated earlier.
Server Log Information: We collect server logs, which records device IP address, access dates and
times, app features or pages viewed, app crashes and other system activity, type of browser, and or
the service you were using before becoming our customer.
Our platform will alert you the first time the EHub app wants permission to access certain types of data and will let you consent (or not consent) to that request. the permissions we request will change from time to time in the future.
Information we may receive from sources such a payment provider, or through a website inked to us over an API, your employer who uses any services from us or by any other means that you would interact with us, or our Drivers or partners we may receive information about you.

We use the information we collect form you and from other sources to fulfil administrative functions such as: to manage operational issues, customer research data analysis and system trouble shooting, communicate with you and our drivers in reference to the engagement we have with you.
Personalize and improve the Services, including to provide or recommend features, content, social connections, referrals, and advertisements.
Your data will be protected to the extent required by law of the administration where your data is stored.
